The Slovenian Business Club is organised as an Economic Interest Group (Gospodarsko interesno združenje – GIZ).
The Club’s highest body is the Assembly comprised of all members (in December of 2020, the Club had 233 members). The Assembly elects a President and members of the Management Board. The president is elected annually from among the members. The Club’s current President is Mr. Jure Knez.
The Management Board, comprising nine members, is elected by the Assembly of the Slovenian Business Club for a period of three years and is chaired by the President of the Club. The last election took place in 2020.
The role of Executive Director (CEO) is a professional one and has been carried out by Mr. Goran Novković since January, 2018.
